Off Road Raglan

Bike2bay is proudly sponsor of the Off Road Raglan multisport event on Sunday, 15th of November 2009. Off Road Raglan is a multisport challenge with a 10km kayak, 30km MTB and a 13km beach & reserve run around Raglan area. The MTB part will be held on Raglan's brand new mtb track, which will be open to the public the 14th of November.

Mountainbikes, kids bikes and a trailer bike for the little ones are available at sharp rental prices.

Raglan New Years Eve Parade

Bike2bay will be present at the famous New Years Eve Parade in Raglan.
Come and watch us cycling up and down Bow Street, together with loads of other floats.

Raglan Creative Market and Art Exhibition

Sunday 12th of November, the one and only Raglan Creative Market. Enjoy local food (homemade breadpudding with Belgian chocolate), design and vintage wear, local artwork.

Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th of November, Raglan Festival of Art. A celebration of all the visual artists of Raglan.

Also, The Rally of New Zealand is coming to Raglan (weekend of Art Festival).
If you want to see the cars racing on Whaanga Road, leave your car in Raglan and hop on one of our bikes. A great oppurtunity to explore our fantastic region.

Orca are in town

In November, pods of orca often visit Raglan Harbour.
Last Friday, a pod of 6 orca came into the bay to feast on stingray.
So, if you're planning a trip to Raglan this month, why not hire a bike and explore our beautiful harbour. Maybe you get lucky and see the killer whales.
