Orca are in town
In November, pods of orca often visit Raglan Harbour.
Last Friday, a pod of 6 orca came into the bay to feast on stingray.
So, if you're planning a trip to Raglan this month, why not hire a bike and explore our beautiful harbour. Maybe you get lucky and see the killer whales.

Cool! I would love to see that!
In school, I did a study on Orca en how they live in pods, but I’ve never had the chance to see these magnificent creatures in their natural environment. I know that there are many orca around Vancouver Island in Canada, but it’s great that they are also found in New Zealand, because in New Zealand, I know people ;-)
